Fall into Music Program Announces Openings for the TC Adult Community
The eighth annual Fall into Music Program, beginning this October through December 2015, is seeking participants for the fall course cycle. The program features free Music Lessons for the TC Adult Community taught in conjunction with Music and Music Education’s Teaching Applied Music (A&HM 6023). Lecturer Jeanne Goffi-Fynn is the instructor for the course.
Participants in the program receive eight, forty-five minute free lessons in a variety of instruments (including voice, violin, percussion, piano, and composition) from beginner to advanced levels. Mutually convenient times are arranged between students and instructors (Masters and Doctoral Candidates in the Program of Music and Music Education) from October through December 2015. Lessons take place on the 5th floor of Horace Mann. There is a $25 administrative fee associated with participation in the program, and rentals may be needed for some instruments.
Contact Dr. Goffi-Fynn for details of enrollment. Priority will be given to new participants.
Fall into Music is co-Sponsored by The Program in Music and Music Education and the Vice President’s Office for Diversity and Community Affairs.
