Christine joins BBQ on the short list of good things to come out of Texas. (She managed to escape the accent but not the craving for good Mexican food.) She lives in Harlem with her Greek tortoise daughter, Delphi. Often they can be found watching David Attenborough nature videos and munching on romaine lettuce. In what little spare time she has, Christine likes to write very short stories. Some of her stories have been published in Word Riot, Flashquake, and Printer's Devil Review magazines. Her other talents include but are not limited to: being sarcastic, playing air hockey, oral storytelling, and looking pensive. She is thankful to Student Press Initiative and The Moth for allowing her to avoid suffering from teenager withdrawal while she gets her Ph.D.
