Weekly Senatorial Update from Drew Coles
Hi TC Arts and Humanities Community!
A week ago, we had our last Student Senate session of the year. At that meeting, seven bills were passed. The C&T Info Session Bill sponsored an event on December 10th. The Diversity Conversations Bill is in support of 10 dates over the course of the next semester. The Theatre of the Oppressed Workshop Bill was in support of an event being held today, December 11th, from 3:00 to 600pm, in Grace Dodge Hall, room 285. The Tabling Giveaways Bill, which will help to support our outreach efforts by giving the senate supplies for tabling sessions. The Spring Comedy Nights Bill is in support of multiple nights of comedy over the course of next semester. The Networking Skills Building and Welcome Back Mixer Bill supports an event on January 29th, from 5:00 to 9:00 pm, in the GD Cafe. The MST Ugly Sweater Happy Hour Bill was in support of an event on December 10th.
A new TC wireless network will be launched on December 27th, 2015 in Zankel, Russell Hall, Thompson, and Horace Mann. By the end of April 2016, CIS will launch the new wireless network in Macy, Grace Dodge, and Thorndike Halls.
Entrance to the campus will be restricted from December 25th to January 4th, though You’ll still be able to enter through Zankel Hall.
